Exchange fee: only 50 Riyals. Second: Refund (Money Back) The customer has the right to request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the dress, only in case of: Product defect, or Product received not matching the pictures or description. When returning, a fee of 70 Riyals for shipping and return will be deducted from the order value. The issue must be documented with photos or videos upon receipt. After verifying the condition of the product, the due amount will be refunded.
